Hi , I have been a homestay for over 15 years. I have a bus stop right outside my door. I am a five minute walk to the local FAIRVIEW mall and bus terminal, ION rail ION is 15 minutes to Conestoga Doon College,. I am very quiet and now live alone, but have family that visit me. I would want a female who is quiet and does their entertaining outside of the home. The large bedroom has a desk, bed, wardrobe, dressers, small fridge ,microwave, and a Televison, with cable and unlimited internet , all in your room.. Close with bus to colleges and university. I live on the main floor of an apartment. I live in the prime area everyone wants near Fairview Mall, and especially good for Conestoga College and all of kitchener. Closer to Wilson Ave. then Vanier. I have taken international students from all over the world. I would like a female being I am a female. I know you will be happy here. No smoking. Also I have one very quiet , nice very small dog. Distance to school is closer than what is listed , due to the fact , the ION train is only 5 minutes away , and it goes faster than the bus and gets you to school quicker. This is a clean , nice , quiet room. I know you will like it here. Other homestays may seem closer to the school, but longer to bus there, not longer for me being I am right at the main bus station, and have the option of a 5 minute walk to the station or a bus outside the door to the station as well. Hello we have been hosts for over 18 years. Our 2 children have moved out to school and we have lots of room to share. This house is filled with love and laughter. If you want to be a part of our Canadian family we welcome you with open arms. We still have kids come and visit us from other countries as they have become a part of our family for life. Let us welcome and look after you, this house was made for visitors and fun, we have travelled the USA and South Americ, Europe . Asia and hope to share our life with you, we like to cook camp go for drives and spend quality time together, use of kitchen you must clean up after yourself food is provided but you prepare. We've been hosting international student for 2 years now, we ourselves were international students away from home so we understand the new challenges for students having to study away from Families. We appreciate everyone's life story and we're grateful for our own. We love the neighborhood, 5 min to riverside trail and all the water activities in summer like water tubing and kayak, 10 min to town for grocery and restaurants. we enjoy cooking, shopping, watching movies, gaming, hiking, spending few hours at the beach.
