We are locating in a beautiful neighborhood West kitchener at the intersection of (Lakner /Fairview), less than 10 mins drive to everywhere (Fairview Mall and Conestoga College and Cinema) . We are also close to Highway 401 and walking trails to enjoy walking.We have a furnished spacious basement with full bathroom , breakfast bar , small fridge and more
Our house has a No-smoking, No-substance use policy. And it is definitely not a party house.
