Homestay in カナダ, Waterloo
We are locating in Vista Hill, a new community on West Waterloo. Less than 10 mins drive to everywhere (UW, WLU and Conestoga, Cinema, Walmart and T&T (大統華超市)). We are also next to Costo and you do not need a membership to shop there as we have it covered. Bus 31 will also take you straight to UW and Conestoga Mall. We are also next to Vista Hill Public School.
We are very close to walking trails and it’s perfect if you enjoy the nature.
We have UW and WLU student tenants in the past 6 years, which included International students. We provide a quiet, respectable and friendly environment which everyone gets along and help each other out.
The house has a No-smoking, No-substance use policy. And it is definitely not a party house. We have Canadian and International students came from China, Taiwan, Korea, Amsterdam, and France in the past.
Although all of tenants are bi-lingual, we communicated through English so it would be a great help to practice English.
As for myself I can communicate with Cantonese and Mandarin.
